The Problem
Inventory, sales, purchasing, and accounting were managed as separate, disconnected processes, making it difficult to get an accurate stock picture or close the books quickly at month-end.
Supplier coordination and customer invoicing relied on manual handoffs between departments, slowing down both purchasing decisions and cash collection.
Our Approach
Afrixh implemented Odoo with customised Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules configured around the client's product catalogue and supplier relationships.
Custom workflows and QWeb/XML reports were built for stock tracking, supplier management, and customer invoicing, replacing manual spreadsheets with a single connected system.
Results & Impact
Inventory, sales, purchasing, and accounting now run inside one Odoo workspace, giving the team a real-time view of stock and a faster month-end close.
Supplier coordination and customer invoicing are now tracked inside the same system that manages stock, removing the manual handoffs that used to slow the business down.
