Ali Veterinary Hospital needed to move pet registration, medical history, and appointment booking off paper and into a system both staff and pet owners could rely on.

The Problem
Pet registration, medical histories, and appointment bookings were managed on paper and in disconnected spreadsheets, making it slow to pull up a patient's history during a visit.
There was no easy way for pet owners to book appointments or for the clinic to plan its daily schedule in advance.
Our Approach
Afrixh built a Laravel and MySQL veterinary management system covering pet registration, medical history tracking, and appointment scheduling.
A Bootstrap-based interface gives vets fast access to a patient's full history during a visit, while pet owners can register and request appointments online.
Results & Impact
Pet records and medical histories are now digital and searchable, giving vets instant access to a patient's history during appointments.
Appointment scheduling moved online, giving the clinic better visibility into its daily workload and giving pet owners a simpler way to book.
